  • Annie Callahan, PA-C, brings over a decade of dedicated experience in dermatology to her role as a Physician Assistant. With a solid foundation in the field, Annie's expertise is complemented by her dedication to advancing aesthetic medicine techniques.

  • Ashley Molloy, RN, BSN, is a skilled aesthetic injector, known for her natural, refined approach to beauty and personalized client care. With a strong foundation in emergency medicine and over 12 years of clinical experience, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy, precision, and safety to every treatment.
    Before transitioning into aesthetics, Ashley worked as an ER nurse, where she developed not only her medical expertise but also her ability to connect with patients in meaningful, compassionate ways. That same care carries over into her aesthetic practice, where her goal is to help clients feel confident and radiant.

    Outside of the treatment room, Ashley is a proud mom of three energetic boys. She cherishes time spent outdoors with her family, whether it’s hiking, camping, or just soaking up nature together. These moments keep her grounded and inspire her belief in the importance of balance, wellness, and self-care.

    Her clients value not only her clinical skill and artistic eye but also her down-to-earth nature, honesty, and warm, welcoming energy. Each treatment is a blend of luxury, safety, and personalized attention because Ashley believes everyone deserves to feel beautiful and cared for, inside and out. Her mission is to help each client feel confident, refreshed, and beautifully themselves.

  • Dr. Prem Tripathi is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area at Silhouette Med Spa. He has trained at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country. After college, he attended Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, earning over 10 merit-based scholarships and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, given only to the top 10% of medical students in the country.

    He has devoted his entire career to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck and prides himself on creating natural-looking results. He specializes in rhinoplasty, facelift, neck lift, eyelid surgery, lip lift, facial rejuvenation, and nonsurgical procedures.
